Capturing the essence of something or someone

When I hit advertising that was a tipping point as it validated who I was and what I was hoping to achieve

My father... and pretty much the majority of my technical skills
What would you recommend to someone just starting their career?
Seek advice... and then make all the mistakes you can make fast... then know you can do anything
What have you struggled with in the past and how did you overcome it?
financials, client billing, knowing my worth...
